We introduce to you the MTN online Welcome back services for our prepaid Customers, another effort at improving the satisfaction of you, our valued customers.  

If you have lost your MTN Prepaid line, or it's been stolen or it's damaged, then this service offers you the means of replacing the line with much ease...... just click, fill the Welcome Back Form, and submit

Before you fill the form, there are just a few mandatory conditions you must meet for the processing of your request to be successful. Please read through:

  The Lost/Stolen/damaged line MUST be a Prepaid Line. This service is not yet available to     Post- paid customers.

   Your line must still be active on the MTN network at the time it was lost or stolen i.e you are      still within 3 months from the date you last loaded a recharge card or made a call with your line      before you misplaced it.

   You need to buy a brand NEW Prepaid SIM pack, and DO NOT put it in a handset before filling      the Welcome Back form.

   You can only put your new SIM pack into a phone for use after 48hours of submitiing your request     AND/OR once you receive a confirmation of receipt that your filled welcome back request has been     processed.

   Please note that there may be an additional delay with requests made after 12noon on Fridays.

  The submitted request will ONLY be processed if at least two (2) of the validation questions asked      are correctly answered.  If otherwise, the request will not be processed, and you will be informed      via email, a phone call or SMS to the alternative number provided.
