WHAT IS DISNEY NIGERIA.MOBI?

It’s a mobile subscription service that provides users with Disney themed games, short videos, wallpapers, shareables, Inspired by Disney content, movie info etc.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Anybody who loves Disney but mainly targetted at the youth market between the ages of 3-16.

IS THE SERVICE APPROPRIATE FOR CHILDREN?

Yes, all the content on the site is appropriate for children.

WHAT KIND OF STUFF WILL I FIND ON THE SERVICE?

Games, wallpapers, Images, short videos, Inspired by Disney content, information and content on Disney XD, Disney Channel, Disney Junior, quotes and movie information.

HOW DO I ACCESS IT?
You can access it by visiting disneynigeria.mobi and inputting your mobile number or simply by downloading a launcher app on to your mobile device.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER/LOG ON OR PROVIDE A USERNAME OR PASSWORD TO ACCESS THE SERVICE?

You need to provide your mobile number but do not need to register or create a password.

HOW MUCH DOES THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION COST?

N200 per month.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO PAY FOR A ONE MONTH SUBSCRIPTION?

The subscription amount will change to N50 and the billing will change from per month to per week billing for the next 4 weeks.

Billing will continue as a per week billing of N50 until the end of the 4 weeks is reached. At the commencement of the following month,  monthly billing will resume.

HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED THAT MY SUBSCRIPTION WILL RENEW FOR ANOTHER MONTH?

You will receive an SMS from MTN 48 hours before your subscription is about to renew, with an option to opt out. Should you not opt out the subscription will then auto renew.

HOW MANY DIFFERENT DEVICES CAN I USE MY SUBSCRIPTION ON?

You can add up to 5 devices on one subscription of the service.

WHY DOESN’T THE SERVICE HAVE FULL MOVIES OR FULL TV SERIES?

The service is targetted at all short form content.

WHAT KIND OF PHONE OR DEVICE DO I NEED TO ACCESS THE SERVICE?

Any phone that is WAP enabled and has access to the internet. For optimal user expereince on the site a smartphone is best.

HOW DO I SAVE THE LAUNCHER ICON ON MY PHONE?

CAN I DOWNLOAD ANY OF THE CONTENT ON THE SERVICE OR JUST STREAM IT?

All the content on the service is streamed except for the section called downloads whereby you can downlaod the relevant items in this section onto your phone.

DOES THE SERVICE WORK IF I AM ON WIFI?

Yes it does.

HOW DO I CANCEL THE SERVICE?

Send Stop Disney to 11006 OR Login to the service, select my account and then cancel subscription.
